Our Philosophy

Life’s trifecta or Trinity, if you will, involves the food of life, the water of life, and the breath of life. Each one of these components works in unity to create an optimal body-temple or ones that are variable degrees from optimal.

Due to the fluctuating fitness levels of each member, here at FWL, we believe in feeding oneself optimal nutrition given nutrient dense foods and supplement when necessary… choose organic well sourced fruits and vegetables when available; hence the FOOD of life. 

Water is not always created equal which vary in PH level. Distilled water is “pure” water meaning that it has more H20 molecules per volume than “purified” water. Given capillary action of the body, choosing one or the other is dependent upon biological chemistry and preference. We must be mindful of all that we consume and the intensions behind it; especially in liquid form. We must understand the ingredients; hence the WATER of life. 

Shallow breathing may do you a disservice during stressful situations. In order for one to benefit fully from the breath one must first practice the art of breathing. And yes that includes “fitness sessions” designed to boost your circulation requiring ones’ body to adapt with the appropriate breathing pattern. Enhancing ones ability to breath pleasantly during all heart rate zones is key to perseverance in stressful times. The frequency of that pattern can be measured, in several ways, to produce an accurate perception of one’s health and fitness; hence the BREATH of life.

Meet Your Trainer

Sam Garcia, founder of Fit With Life, has worked in the fitness industry since 2004. He has provided personal training and group fitness services for gyms, hotels and offices. In addition, his work with clients range from high performance athletes, celebrities, those who are just beginning their fitness journey to clients seeking injury recovery/rehab sessions. He believes that safely challenging the body, using a variety of different methods, through periodic progressions is the most efficient way to achieve fitness success. He is trained at implementing boxing, kickboxing, HIIT, Kettlebell, Pilates, Yoga, Resistance Band, Circuit Training, Bootcamp and Pre/Post-natal fitness regimens.

He currently also teaches Kickboxing, PIYO, HIIT, and Circuit classes for gyms and corporate wellness companies. He looks forward to working with you, and remember: You’re only one session away!
